2025 EECC Conference, Bucharest, Romania
We are pleased to announce that the Eastern European Countries' Committee Conference will return to Romania in 2025 for its 19th Annual Conference on Friday 9 May 2025. The venue for the conference will be Bucharest, with a networking dinner taking place on the evening of Thursday 8 May. Further details will be published shortly.
The co-chairs of the INSOL Europe EECC, Stela Ivanova (bnt attorneys in CEE, Bulgaria) and Georges-Louis Harang (Addleshaw Goddard (Europe), France) are currently forming the technical committee and planning the technical programme. Mmore details will be announced when registration is due to open.
Call for Expressions of Interest for the Technical Programme
All INSOL Europe members are invited to express their interest to participate as speakers at our EECC 2025 Bucharest Conference which should indicate:- the speaker’s nationality, affiliation and qualifications;
- the topic on which the speaker would be interested in speaking; and
- a short statement as to what unique or compelling perspective the speaker would like to bring to the congress.

This year our Conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand Krakow, Powiśle 7, 31-101 Kraków, Poland
Accommodation

Early Booking Discount
Register your place at the Conference before midnight on Thursday 18 April to receive the early booking discount.
Getting There
Sheraton Grand Krakow is centrally located and sits beside the Vistula River, 13 km away from John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice. A taxi or bus from the airport takes approximately 30 minutes.
When to Arrive
The registration desk will be open from 18.00 – 19.00 on Thursday 13 June and will reopen at 08.00 on Friday 14 June.
Pre-Conference Dinner
There will be an optional pre-conference networking drinks and dinner at Sheraton Grand Krakow starting at 19.00 on Thursday 13 June. The cost of this dinner is €75+VAT, this can be added at the point of registering.
Optional Tour - Salt Mine
During your stay in Krakow we highly recommend visiting the World UNESCO Heritage Site "Wieliczka" salt mine. To book tickets directly from the venue click here. The tour costs 35 euros per person and lasts 2-3 hours in duration.

Continuing Professional Education
A number of CPE points and academic hours of professional education will be awarded for attendance at the conference by the local professional associations. Please contact Harriet Taylor after the conference for a certificate of attendance, which you can forward to the relevant organisation as evidence.
Cancellation of Attendance
Refunds will not be given for any cancellation received after Tuesday 30 April although it will be permissible for registrations to be transferred within organisations.
Travel & Health Insurance
It is the attendee's responsibility to be adequately insured in case of claims pertaining to travel/accidents for the duration of their visit.
