The 2018 Ordinary General Meeting of INSOL Europe will be held in Salon Hesperides of the Hilton Athens Hotel on Thursday 4 October at 6pm, immediately preceding the opening reception of this year’s Annual Congress. The meeting is open to INSOL Europe Members only. Please find the relevant documentation including the agenda here:
Voting results will be decided on by simple majority of members present at the meeting or represented by proxy, including votes received by the Director of Administration from those members who are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to submit their vote (closing date 27 September 2018).
If you are unable to be present at the Ordinary General Meeting and would like a voting or proxy form to send someone in your place, please contact the Director of Administration. All proxy and voting forms should be returned no later than 27 September 2018.
